Reusable, made with a removable cover, double sewn cotton & filled with rice. Add a drop of your favourite essential oil & enjoy the therapeutic benefits
Please only cold wash the outer cover
For a heat treat: Place in the microwave for 60 seconds & then 30 second increments until desired heat is achieved. Please make sure you have a small dish of water in the microwave whilst heating.
For a cool treat: Place in a container or zip lock bag in your freezer for minimum of 2 hours.
