Easy Tips to Start your Meditation Journey

Starting with meditation can feel overwhelming, but remember, every expert was once a beginner. Today, I'm sharing easy tips to help you begin:

Choose your space: Designate a quiet, comfortable area for mediation. Decorate your space with elements that make you feel calm and centred, such as candles, plants or a meditation mat.

Start small: Begin with short sessions of 5-10 minutes and gradually increase the duration.

Be patient with yourself: It's normal for your mind to wander. Instead of getting frustrated, gently bring your focus back. Consider playing soft instrumental music as it can help you concentrate better.

Practice regularly: Make meditation a part of your daily routine. Consistency is key to experiencing its profound benefits,

Bring your meditation to a close: It's important to not finish your meditation suddenly. Just prior to ending your meditation keep your eyes closed, stop repeating the words and just focus on your breathing. Gently open your eyes and stay seated a little longer before getting up.
