Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutly not. We wanted to ensure we provide a range of products that are vegan, non-toxic & cruelty free.

Do your candles contain paraffins?

No, none of our candle ingredients contain paraffin, phthalates or parabens.

We use 100% pure soy wax which is natural & renewable.

Can you do custom orders or wholesale?

How do I compost my products?

Mail Satchels - To compost them at home, it's best to cut them up (the labels can remain as they too are compostable) & place them in your compost bin as "brown" materials. These will completley break down within 6 months in a home compostable environment - sometimes even sooner!

The best part is that they still break down in landfill. Unfortunatley, due to the nature of the landfill process, this will still add to methane production. Our mail satchels thake about 2 years rather than 6 months to break down in landfill. In contrast, traditional plastic shipping mailers take 400 years or more to break down & still release deadly methane gas into the atmosphere.

Bubble Wrap - Our compostable & biodegdable bubble wrap is certified to break down within 6 months in your home composte bin. Simple cut it up & addc it to your composte bin as "brown" material.

Packaging Peanuts - Simply toss them in your kitchem sink & run the water until they disolve, If yuou'd prefer, you can even utilize these pellets in your composting bin.

Shipping & Returns

What do I do if my item is damaged or faulty?

Unfortunately accidents happen & we do our best to ensure each item finds itself to you in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us through our Contact Us page or direct email at within 72 hours so we can work our the best solutions for you.

Please include your order number, a photos & description of the problem & our Happily Zen team will promptly resolve any issues. Refunds & store credits will be issued at the discretion of Happily Zen.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes we do. If you live within these postcodes then we will deliver your order within 5 business days

What are Zen points?

We want to thank you for supporting our small business & to help you continue with your journey to Zen.

Earn 5 Zen Points for every $1 you spend!

500=$5 voucher

1000=$10 voucher

2500=$25 voucher

5000=$50 voucher

How do I join?

How it works:

Sign in or if you haven't already, create an account. 

Click the 'Rewards' icon on the bottom right of your screen & follow the prompts.

You will need to verify your account before you can use. A verification email will be sent to your selected email address. 

Your Happily Zen account is linked to our Zen Points rewards club.

How do I check my points?

I recieved a refund. Do I keep my points?

If you receive a refund for whatever reason, your points will be automatically deducted from your total & any vouchers will be cancelled if no longer meeting the required points total. 

Are shipping costs included?

Unfortunately not. You do not receive points from shipping fees.

Can I save up my points?

Yes, you can! You do not have to spend all at once & they don't expire.

How do I redeem my points?

Click the 'Rewards' icon in the bottom right corner & click 'ways to redeem'. Select the offer you wish to redeem - a code will be sent out to you. Paste this code in to the discount section at checkout.

I have made prior purchases with different email addresses?

It's best to use the 1 email address for your purchases so that your Zen points add up. However, if you have purchased products using a different email address(s) then please contact us through our Contact Us page or via direct email at & we will migrate all your Zen points to the one email address.
